Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades from Professional Essentials to Author Essentials feature prorated billing - you pay only the difference for the remaining days in your billing cycle and the upgrade takes effect immediately. Other upgrades are scheduled to activate at the end of your current billing cycle, while downgrades are scheduled to start at the beginning of your next billing cycle to ensure you get the full value of your current plan.
We accept all popular payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and more through our secure subscription billing system. All transactions are encrypted and automatically renewed monthly for your convenience.
All our paid plans use monthly subscription billing. You'll be charged automatically each month, and you can cancel anytime. When you cancel, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. We don't offer one-time payments to ensure consistent service and regular feature updates.
